My Bias My Boss Episode 4 begins with Nam Da-reum still trying to keep her identity as Lee Chan's longtime fan a secret from CEO Kang Ha-gi. After Ha-gi sees Da-reum spending time with Chan on the rooftop, he becomes curious about why Chan seems unusually familiar with his new employee. Da-reum immediately worries that Ha-gi will discover the real reason she joined APPELLO, so she asks Chan to protect her secret. Chan agrees, but only after asking Da-reum to grant him a wish in return. The next day, Da-reum is surprised when Chan contacts her and asks her to visit his filming location. Da-reum's day takes another unexpected turn when Ha-gi saves her from being hit by a car. He rushes toward her and pulls her out of danger, but injures his wrist in the process. The accident leaves Da-reum extremely worried about him, especially after she realizes that his injury affects his dominant hand and makes ordinary work difficult. Wanting to repay him for saving her, Da-reum visits Ha-gi at his home to help with the things he can no longer easily do. The normally immaculate CEO is struggling to manage his household and work with one injured hand, creating a series of unexpectedly funny situations between them. Da-reum helps him with his work, handles small household tasks and gradually becomes more comfortable inside his private space. Their time together reveals another side of Ha-gi. Away from the office, he is much less intimidating, and Da-reum begins treating him naturally instead of constantly worrying about making mistakes around her boss. Their conversations become lighter, and Ha-gi finds himself repeatedly distracted by her smile and cheerful personality. Da-reum also notices the chaos left behind by the children who recently visited Ha-gi's home. Stickers cover parts of the house, and she offers to help remove them. The simple domestic scene makes their relationship feel surprisingly comfortable, almost as though they have known each other much longer than they actually have. Before leaving, Da-reum gives Ha-gi the bottle of wine she had bought earlier. She intends it simply as a thoughtful gift, but Ha-gi interprets the gesture completely differently. Because he already believes Da-reum likes him, the wine becomes the final piece of what he considers undeniable evidence that she is preparing to express her feelings.
