Perfect Crown Episode 5 begins immediately after the devastating car accident. Grand Prince Yi-an deliberately crashed his own vehicle into Hui-ju's car to absorb the impact and save both Hui-ju and the young King Yi-yoon. Hui-ju sees Yi-an emerge from his wrecked car before losing consciousness. At the Royal Hospital, the seriousness of the situation becomes clear.
