When hired thugs attempt to silence her, Han-young intervenes and rescues her before she can be seriously injured. Realizing that the law alone cannot stop the mayor's reign of terror, Han-young secretly abducts the corrupt district mayor after forcing his vehicle off the road. He drags him to an abandoned construction site where grieving victims and the father of a murdered child confront the man responsible for years of abuse and cover-ups. Faced with undeniable evidence and the suffering he caused, the mayor desperately begs for mercy, but Han-young refuses to let history repeat itself. The episode concludes with the mayor's death, sending shockwaves through the criminal organization protecting him and making it clear that Han-young is no longer satisfied with simply changing verdicts inside the courtroom—he is now willing to risk everything to ensure true justice is finally served.
